Broccoli & Quinoa with lentils…yummy and protein-y :)
I used a tiny bit of coconut oil for flavour, and sauteed a shallot and toasted the quinoa before cooking it & mixing in the lentils.
I peeled and chopped the broccoli stems, and sauteed them in a teeny bit of coconut oil, along with ginger and crushed garlic cloves. Added the broccoli, sauteed until tender.
YUM!
BBQ veggie kabobs sprayed with seasoning/glaze flavor.
In the spray bottle = soy sauce + sugar + sherry+ water + dash of cayenne
The more you spray the more flavor you have!
